This 80-minute session is practiced in a heated room and weaves together static postures, dynamic vinyasa flow sequences, and a curated playlist that keeps your energy moving from start to finish. The class opens with a standing series designed to build heat in the body, strengthen the legs, and sharpen balance. You’ll then transition to a series of floor postures targeting the spine, hips, and core.
