Nicole Bender is an experienced yoga practitioner and instructor. Her journey began in 2018 when she discovered a sanctuary of healing in her first yoga class as a student which blossomed into becoming an instructor in 2019. Her passion lies in the transformative practices of Yoga Nidra and Yin Yoga. With a deep understanding of the power of relaxation and meditation, Nicole gently guides her students through the profound depths of Yoga Nidra, helping them release stress, find inner peace, and unlock their full potential. In her Yin Yoga classes, she encourages practitioners to slow down, connect with their bodies, and explore the therapeutic benefits of longer-held poses. Nicole’s expertise and compassionate teaching style creates a nurturing space for self-discovery and growth, allowing her students to experience profound physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
